Jerk Chicken ~ a traditional Caribbean delight of chicken breast marinated in paprika, chilli, spring onion and Mount Gay Barbados rum. Served on a bed of red beans and rice, and topped with a house made mango salsa - $27

Kangaroo ~ Premium (farmed) kangaroo fillet, chargrilled to medium rare, served on a bed of horseradish mash and steamed broccollini. Finished with a native pepper berry and Absolut raspberry vodka jus - $26.50 (NB: if you enjoy your meat cooked medium or above, please make an alternative selection)

400 gm Premium aged Rib Eye of Beef ~ chargrilled to your preference and served with hand cut desiree potato chips, glazed carrot and wilted spinach. Topped with either a balsamic glaze or a red wine jus - $36
